Loyalty pays off: Ignition Rewards Program

There’s a reason why new and old casino and poker players keep returning to Ignition for their online gaming. The Ignition rewards program is one of the best in the business, and it'll be a reason to give thanks during the holiday. Not only do we offer rewards points that can be exchanged for cash bonuses, you also earn “tier points” that elevate your status as an Ignition casino and poker player.

This two-part system means your rewards build at a breakneck pace. As you accumulate points, you can use them to redeem cash bonuses. Simultaneously, you’ll be working your way to a first-class membership status that comes with a multitude of benefits. You can accumulate both types points by simply playing the games you were already going to play in the first place. When you sign up for Ignition, you’re automatically enrolled in the online rewards program, so you start earning points from Day 1.

In this guide, we’ll explain exactly how the rewards program works. By reading it, you’ll know how to earn points and climb the ranks in membership levels. You’ll also find out which casino rewards and poker tounament rewards are offered to the top tier members so that you can look forward to climbing the ranks and unlocking increasingly beneficial rewards and bonuses. Keep reading and you'll be an Ignition Rewards expert in no time.

Play to Earn Ignition Miles

As mentioned, you earn two types of points simultaneously as a member of our rewards program: Ignition Miles and Tier Miles. Both are earned by simply playing online poker for real money in our poker room, and playing slots, video poker, table games and specialty games in our online casino; by doing this, you earn points automatically. The number of points earned depends on the game and tournament you’re playing.

In our casino, specialty games award the most points. Play Bingo, Keno, and scratch cards, and you’ll get 10 Miles for every $1 wagered. Slots give the second-most Miles at a juicy 3 Miles per $1 wagered. Table games give you 0.5 miles, Thundercrash and video poker has a one-to-one conversion, so every $1 wagered there gets you 1 Ignition Mile.

Poker works a little differently than casino, as the points are awarded based on rake, fees and buy-ins. For cash games and tournaments, you get 15 Ignition Miles for every $1 paid in rake and fees. Jackpot Sit & Go’s, meanwhile, get you 1.5 Ignition Miles for every $1 spent on buy-ins. The rate is the same regardless of whether you’re playing mobile online poker, poker on your computer or whether you're a new or old player.

The accumulation of Ignition Miles coincides with that of the Tier Miles. For every Ignition Mile earned, be it through poker or casino, you get one Tier Mile. As a result, until you redeem your Ignition Miles, you should have the same number of Tier Miles as Ignition Miles in your rewards account.

Once you begin earning Ignition Miles, you’ll notice the benefits of having two systems at play. The Ignition Miles are like currency that you can use to buy things in our Ignition Rewards Store. This gives you control over how you spend your Miles, letting you choose between things like casino bonuses and poker tournament tickets. We’ll explain how each system works.

Ignition Tier Miles

Ignition’s Tier Miles system propels you through the eight tiers of membership, with each tier giving you access to better rewards.

Each membership level also has a unique redemption rate for your Ignition Miles, with the base level having a 2,500 Miles to $1 redemption rate. Compare that to the top levels’ 1,000 Miles to $1 rate, and you’ll see just how much it pays in bonus to be part of the top-tier membership clubs. In the chart below, you’ll see the differences between each membership level.

Membership Level Miles to $ Conversion
Steel 2,500 Miles = $1
Chrome 2,250 Miles = $1
Bronze 2,000 Miles = $1
Silver 1,750 Miles = $1
Gold 1,500 Miles = $1
Platinum 1,250 Miles = $1
Titanium 1,000 Miles = $1
Diamond 1,000 Miles = $1

The higher your membership level, the more money you get back on losses, and the better the exchange rate for redeeming your Miles. You can keep track of your progress in the Rewards section of your account; the number of Tiers Miles needed to reach the next level is listed in the speedometer on the right side of the screen.

Cash in Your Online Miles for Bonuses

At any time, Ignition Miles can be redeemed for bonuses found in the Ignition Store. Cash bonuses help boost your bankroll and can easily be redeemed once you get enough Miles to buy them. When you’re ready, simply go to the Rewards Porthole and find the “Get My Bonus” button; your Miles are automatically available for purchases in your points balance. Then choose the new bonus you want. These can be used in the casino, where they have a 10X rollover requirement. If you’re a poker player, the Ignition Miles can go towards purchasing poker tournament tickets. Don’t forget to use your Miles, as they expire 12 months after they’re earned.

Climb the Loyalty Ranks with Tier Points

Every time you earn an Ignition Mile, you also get a Tier Mile. The latter helps you climb our eight membership statuses. When you sign up, you’re at the base Steel level. When you accumulate 2,500 Tier Miles, you upgrade to Chrome status. Tier Miles don’t expire, so your status is never lost. Here’s a list of our eight tiers of membership and the number of Tier Miles needed to reach them.
